1. Costs

Delivery to a UK address

By Royal Mail
Standard Postage:  Delivery by standard first class Royal Mail is £2.50---and will remain only £2.50 no matter how many items you may choose to order. We will obtain a proof of posting when the item is posted but this is not a tracked service.

First Class Signed For:  For extra peace of mind, you may choose First Class Recorded postage at an additional cost of just £1.50 more. (Total postage for this service is thus £4.00 per order.) This is a tracked and signed for service, requiring a signature on delivery. However, the tracking records only the time of posting and is not updated again until the item has been delivered.

Special Delivery:  For extra speed and security you can select Special Delivery. We are pleased to offer this service at a cost of just £6.00. For UK addresses, delivery is guaranteed by 1 pm the next business day after posting. This service requires a signature on delivery.
For all other EU destinations we will use the fastest and most secure service available through the British Royal Mail.

EvRi Standard Tracked Delivery (2-4 days, including weekends): Courier delivery by EvRi Standard is £2.50—and will remain only £2.00 no matter now many items you may choose to order. You will receive a tracking number when your order has been shipped.

North America, European Union and the Rest of the World

Standard Postage:  Shipment by British Royal Mail International Tracked is £12.00 on all orders. Sadly, the Royal Mail have recently more than doubled the cost of sending international parcels. We continue to cover a portion of this cost but have had to increase the customer’s contribution as well. Please e-mail us to obtain tax-free prices. If we are sending an item abroad we can deduct the Value Added Tax (currently 20%, or 1/6 of the tax inclusive price shown on the website.) We will produce an adjusted invoice with Value Added Tax removed and email it to you directly. To get an idea of the savings please divide the tax-inclusive price by 6. The tax saved in this way can usually more than cover the higher postage costs. A Customs label showing the value of the goods is required and local Customs charges may have to be paid when the parcel is received.

Special Delivery:  If it is possible to send your order by an express service, we estimate that the cost should generally be between £28.00 and £40.00. Since the options available are only a few days faster than standard international delivery, we do not recommend these services. However, if you would like us to arrange for an express delivery to the European Union, North America or the Rest of the World, please e-mail us with the details of your order and your delivery address and we will obtain an exact price.

2. Delivery Times

Your order will normally be shipped within 24-48 hours by British Royal Mail.

Your order should arrive in 3-7 days for shipments to UK and European addresses, and 5-12 days for shipments to North America and the rest of the world. If your order has not arrived within 14 days, please contact us.

3. Customs

If you are making an order for delivery to an address outside the United Kingdom, either as a gift or to your own international address, we must fill out a Customs label on your behalf. Customs labels show the value of your order as well as a description of the item. Any Customs or import taxes are charged once the parcel reaches its destination and must be paid by the person who receives the parcel. Unsolicited gifts are often exempt from import taxes. Customs policies and charges vary widely from country to country. You may wish to contact your local Postal Service or Customs Office for further information.

If your order is a gift, we will mark the parcel "Unsolicited Gift". But, unfortunately, we are required by Customs regulations to show the value of the item(s).
